The Chamber offers you opportunities to overcome those barriers: Monthly networking events.The Chamber’s membership meetings are a quick and easy way to network to build your business. You can also showcase your business by hosting a monthly get-together or volunteering to speak at one. Cost-effective advertising package.You can opt to include your business in the Chamber’s ongoing print and website advertising. Free booth at the Roche de Boeuf Festival*.As a Chamber member, you’re entitled to one free, 10' by 12' booth space to showcase your business during Waterville’s most popular annual event. More than 15,000 people—three times Waterville’s population—attend each year. * RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: To get your free booth, you MUST complete and return a 2011 Roche de Boeuf application by August 31, 2011. Please note that organizers of the festival set all deadlines and determine which booth will be yours; their decisions are final. A free, convenient conference room.If you need a place to meet with clients, suppliers, or staff, you may use the Chamber's conference room. The recent recipient of a decorating mini- makeover, the room seats 15, includes a small kitchen and restroom, and is equipped with WIFI. It has its own entrance, so that--in addition to daytime hours--you can use the room evenings or on weekends. There is no rental fee, but reservations are required, and accepted by the Chamber on a first-come-first-served basis.
